用户服务协议 / Terms of Service
生效日期：2026-10-31。运营方为上海寰洋星凡信息科技有限公司（以下简称“我们”）。本协议说明你使用 ZDream AI（ZDREAM CineStudio）的条件。
Effective date: 2026-10-31. The operator is Shanghai Huanyang Xingfan Information Technology Co., Ltd. These Terms govern your use of ZDream AI (ZDREAM CineStudio).
1. 服务 / Service
ZDREAM AI 提供脚本、分镜、3D 预演、人物与表情设计、配音、剪辑和相关 AI 工作流。部分功能在本机运行，部分在线模型、同步和支付功能只在你主动选择后使用。
ZDREAM AI provides script, storyboard, 3D previs, character and facial design, voice, editing and related AI workflows. Some functions run locally; online models, sync and payment features are used only when you choose them.
2. 账户与安全 / Account and security
- 你必须提供真实、准确且可联系的信息。
- 你应保管密码、验证码和会话，不得出售、出租或共享账户。
- 发现未授权使用时，请立即联系 postmaster@zdreamvideo.com。
3. AI 输出与内容 / AI outputs and content
AI 输出可能存在错误、偏差或不完整。你应在发布、商业使用或交付前进行人工审核，并自行确认素材、人物、声音、商标和数据的授权。
AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for human review and for obtaining rights to all inputs and intended uses.
4. 付费与数字服务 / Payments and digital services
价格、币种、计费周期和功能以结账页面显示为准。通过 Paddle Checkout 完成的订单由 Paddle.com 作为授权经销商和 Merchant of Record 处理支付、账单、适用税费和退款流程；支付宝等其他渠道按对应页面规则处理。
Prices, currency, billing period and features are shown before checkout. Orders completed through Paddle Checkout are processed by Paddle.com as authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.
5. 禁止用途 / Prohibited uses
- 不得用于违法、侵权、欺诈、骚扰、恶意软件、绕过安全措施或侵犯他人隐私的活动。
- 不得将未授权的人脸、声音或受保护素材用于生成内容。
